Where prices for tour holidays and other services are advertised on the web site, child fares will only apply to children between the ages of 2 and 11 years old, inclusive.
UK Honey Tours reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification to users.
Conditions for booking and travel
We may ask you to complete a booking form. When completing a UK Honey Tours booking application form, please write clearly and provide true and accurate details. Upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, please also sign your signature to verify your acceptance. A 10% deposit or the total tour fee must also be provided when booking. Please contact UK Honey Tours by telephone (020 7734 3732) or email info@ukhoneytours.com before booking to check availability or your desired holiday.
The total balance for a confirmed tour holiday must be paid no later than 15 days in advance of the departure date. If payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeit and not returned. In the case that UK Honey Tours can not confirm your tour booking, your deposit shall be refunded in full.
UK Honey Tours reserves the right to change, substitute or cancel any aspect of the tour package (including prices, hotel accommodation and itinerary, etc.) at any time without prior notification. In the case of a hotel substitution, the replacement hotel will usually be of a similar grade (star rating).
UK Honey Tours reserves the right to terminate at any time the contract of any tour member that behaves in a disruptive manner which disrupts normal tour activities and affects the quaility of the tour for other tour members. The offending tour member may have their tour terminated by the tour leader and be offered no refund at all.
UK Honey Tours acts as the agent selling on behalf of airline companies, hotels and other travel organisations and third party companies. We are not responsible and do not imply warranty of any kind for any additional terms and conditions which these companies and organisations may impose.
You agree that we do not bear any responsibilities or liabilities for any circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) accidents, robbery, flight delays and cancellations, failure of transporation, war, natural disasters, fire, strike, sickness and any extra costs beyond expecations.
All tour members travelling with UK Honey Tours must have a vaild passport and visa for the countries they wish to travel to. UK Honey Tours will not be liable or responsible for any losses or paying extra costs in the case that entry at immigration is refused or items are confiscated at customs.
For peace of mind, UK Honey Tours recommends that all tour members arrange the necessary comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
