Day 1 | 第一天
倫敦 – 斯德哥爾摩 ( London – Stockholm ) ( 晚餐 )
各團友於指定時間集合於指定機揚，由本公司專業華人領隊協助辦理登機手續，乘搭豪華航機前往瑞典首都－斯德哥爾摩。歡迎晚宴於市內餐館。夜宿：宮庭大酒店 ( Hotel Kom ) 或同級。

Day 2 | 第二天
斯德哥爾摩 – 市內觀光 ( Stockholm – City Tour ) ( 早，晚餐 )
早餐於酒店後，由專車及領隊帶同前往市內觀光遊覽，斯城是由多個島嶼加上縱橫交錯的橋樑配搭而成，情調獨特，雄偉的市政大樓，大皇宮及大教堂等都在參觀之列。更不可錯過大街小巷的水晶精品店，欣賞之餘，亦可以買來作紀念。晚膳於市內餐廳。夜宿：同上酒店。

Day 3 | 第三天
斯德哥爾摩 – 古城奧里堡 – 哈馬市 ( Stockholm – Orebro – Lillehammer )
( 早，晚餐 )
早餐於酒店後，驅車由斯市出發，前往古城奧里堡，沿途風景處處，湖光山色，景像迷人，依著高馬河直到米沙湖傍，就抵達哈馬市。晚膳於湖畔餐廳。夜宿：維多利亞大酒店 ( Hotel Victoria ) 或同級大酒店。

Day 4 | 第四天
哈馬市 – 新力飛谷 – 拉爾度 ( Lillehammer – Sognefjord – Laerdal )
( 早, 晚餐 )
早餐於酒店後，驅車離開哈馬市，依著米沙湖岸邊走，先到曾經舉行過奧運會的莉莉荷馬鎮，然後穿過根本士度山谷，到傳統的斯拉夫教堂參觀。之後，專車繼續前進只見週圍群山圍繞，氣勢威嚴，山頂積聚終年白雪，彷似得道的高僧超凡入聖，此情此景令人心曠神怡，自然地陶醉在大自然之中。勝景之間, 冰川, 湖泊, 峽谷, 景象萬千, 稱為新力飛谷之地, 嘆為觀止。傍晚時份抵達拉爾度。晚膳於酒店餐廳。
夜宿：拉爾度大酒店 ( Hotel Laerdal ) 或同級大酒店。

Day 5 | 第五天
拉度爾 – 華斯 – 白勤港 ( Laerdal – Voss – Bergen ) ( 早, 晚餐 )
早餐後離開拉度爾鎮，繼而途經雪花蓋頂的華斯山區遊覽，北歐風情在此可以領略一番。穿過這精彩的風景區, 不久就到了挪威美麗的港口城市, 白勤港. 隨即市內觀光18世紀德裔移民所造古色古香的排樓。並到岸邊的魚市場一游。
夜宿: 彩虹大酒店 ( Rainbow Hotel, Bergen ) 或同級大酒店。

Day 6 | 第六天
白勤港 – 烏斯托 – 奧斯勞 ( Bergen – Ustaoset – Oslo ) ( 早, 晚餐 )
早餐後, 驅車前往挪威著名的荷淋斯天然大暴布參觀, ( Voringfoss Waterfall ), 中午途經烏斯托鎮, 繼而前往挪威的首都奧斯勞市, 抵達後, 晚宴於市內中國餐館。夜宿: 世紀大酒店 ( Millennium Hotel ) 或同級。

Day 7 | 第七天
奧斯勞 – 市內觀光 ( City tour of Oslo ) ( 早, 晚餐 )
早餐後, 首先到市政廳和諾貝爾獎的頒獎大禮堂參觀。然後, 再到偉蘭雕塑公園, 由導游解說在園內工藝精巧的雕塑是挪威最著名的藝術家之一, "偉蘭" 先生的傑作。他用塑像奇妙地表達了人和人生的生, 老, 過程, 喜, 怒, 哀, 樂 盡在其中, 令各團友大開眼界。下午再到挪威的維京人博物館參觀, 一睹那古代有七海霸皇之稱的維京族人, 在一千多年前已經有強大的航海能力, 他們勇敢的精神和堅強的意志, 實在值得我們的敬佩。晚膳於市內餐館。夜宿: 酒店同上。

Day 8 | 第八天
奧斯勞 – 倫敦 ( Oslo – London ) ( 早餐 )
早餐後, 上午自由活動, 團友們可到當地市場和百貨公司, 購買精美的紀念品, 送禮自用均可。下午於指定時間集合, 專車送往機場乘搭航班飛返英倫。全程圓滿結束, 各自安返家園。
